Located just a few miles north of Oakdale off Highway 120, Woodward Reservoir Regional Park boasts over 3,700 acres of land and 2,900 acres of reservoir to enjoy. There is also an incredible amount of wildlife to spot, so keep your eyes peeled for red-tail hawks, burrowing owls, geese, blue herons and great white egrets.

The lake’s hiking routes feature several lookout points from where you can see the surrounding savannas, cattle ranches and orchards.

You can expect to find Rainbow Trout, Redear Sunfish, Largemouth Bass, Channel Catfish, and Bluegill at the end of your line.
